Enginomix Consulting Inc. is a multidisciplinary engineering company active in the areas of civil, structural, material science, composite structures, electrical transmission lines, electrical substations, artificial intelligence, robotics, food science, neuroscience and specialty modeling of objects, phenomenas, and systems for optimization.
Janos Toth, Founder, CEO and CTO
Janos Toth is the founder of Enginomix as well as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer of the company. He started Enginomix in 2003 and built it up to the current level with a wide range of activities in several areas of engineering.
He graduated from the University of Arizona, USA, with Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with two minors, Engineering Mechanics and Space Engineering. He is also a graduate of the Technical University of Budapest, Hungary with a Masters in Structural Engineering.
He has over 30 years of engineering experience in electrical utility, mining, and petrochemical industries. He was Vice President of Engineering at Quanta Energized Services and held senior positions in other companies.
He is a Professional Engineer in British Columbia, Canada and in several US States.
Janos is a member of quite a few industrial national and international standards committees and working groups in Canadian Standard Association (CSA), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), The International Council on Large Electric Systems (CIGRE). He holds three patents in transmission line structures.
In his private life, Janos likes traveling, rowing and exploring history and music.
Melinda Meszaros, Director
Melinda holds two Ph.Ds. One form the University of Arizona, the USA in Molecular Neuroscience and another from Capella University in Educational Psychology. She also has a Master’s degree in Cell Biology.
She runs Enginomix life sciences line of work consulting in neuroscience, psychology, and food sciences. Brain and food connection, as well as cognition in Artificial Intelligence (AI), are some of her areas of interest. Her other area of expertise is technical writing.
Attila Toth
Attila is a university student studying prerequisite courses for the UBC Cognitive Systems program.
He graduated with honors from high school. He has one patent in nanotechnology, the result of a project he did for a First Lego League Robotics competition at age 12.
He participates in idea generation for AI and robotics.
